Yoga Beyond the Studio
At some point on the yoga journey, a question emerges asking ‘How can I get more?’ Our Evening Courses are the answer to that very question. One evening a week, for seven weeks, you can learn the theories behind yoga and deepen your understanding of the evolution of yoga. Picking up books on yoga theory often leaves the reader with more questions than answers. Our evening courses operate as an interactive yoga book club, wherein your questions are answered and obscure concepts are explained with ease and clarity.
Our Yoga Book Club
Our Evening Courses are designed to help you increase your learning and understanding of more complicated texts. Instead of dissecting the latest fiction, you’ll be engaging with texts that are centuries old. Finding wisdom from ancient sages that are applicable to our modern lives brings us face to face with the concept of interconnectedness; a timeless notion that becomes a living experience. Evening classes take place once a week for seven weeks; each evening class is two hours in length.
Our Evening Courses are designed for varying experience levels. Some courses are open to people who have little to no experience with yoga. Other courses are suited for experienced practitioners with an established yoga practice. There are also courses that are formulated specifically for yoga teachers with prior knowledge and teaching experience. Please check the eligibility criteria that’s listed with each course.
With a wide range of topics on offer, tutors for each of the courses come from a diverse and endless background of experiential learning and training. They are individuals who have devoted themselves to a particular area of expertise and we are delighted to have them share their skill set with YogaLondon.
