Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

A water bottle and a yoga mat is all that’s needed. We also supply a few yoga mats if you don’t have one.

How long will it take?

Each class lasts approximately an hour and fifteen minutes. Classes are designed to begin slowly, increase in intensity then finish with restorative poses and savasana where you take rest.

What if I can’t do all the poses?

Not to worry, there are modifications for nearly every pose. When in doubt, sit down and take a breath. Start again when you’re ready.

What people say about us

"I loved last week's charity class. It was very well delivered, and I liked the fact that it was 75 minutes long, as it meant we had more time to explore some of the poses more deeply. I'm a beginner to yoga and I thought the teacher was great at making sure the class catered to all abilities. I will definitely be coming along to the next one - thank you!"

"YogaLondon charity classes gave me a real sense of vinyasa flow graduates, which was invaluable insight. I decided to train on the 200 hour course because I felt a positive energy from each class I attended at the studios in London."

Clare (current 200hr trainee)

"The classes are very relaxed & enjoyable. Everyone is really friendly & they are there because they have a genuine interest in yoga. It's also amazing how each teacher finds their own style. You get a completely different class each time!"
