Our school remains open for in-person training, even in tier 4 lockdown.

  • Recognised qualification: 500-hour Yoga Alliance certificate (RYT-500). Teach worldwide.
  • Course fees: Core Modules £750, pay upfront or with a £250 deposit plus 4 instalments of £125

Our Advanced course is offered in three core modules and ten CPD courses. Completion of the modules and CPD courses may be taken in any order over a maximum of three years.

Course Description:
The Asana Core Module focuses in on three key aspects to your teaching: postures, adjusting and sequencing. Discover how to approach asanas that might be unfamiliar to you such as those found in the 2nd series of Ashtanga Vinyasa and moon salutations. Gain newfound creativity in class sequencing, both for those of you who are just starting to teach and those who need inspiration. Become truly confident in the application and communication of physical touch, through hands-on support and assists.

Course Description:
Your primary tool as a yoga teacher is the body, which is why a thorough understanding of anatomy is crucial. In this module, you'll arrive at a deeper understanding of anatomy and how to translate that knowledge into a functional teaching tool, whilst addressing injuries and alignment. Learning how the body functions as a complete system and incorporating that directly into your teaching is an indispensable tool.

Course Description:
In your 200-hour teacher training, you may have had an opportunity to learn about the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. This module allows ample time for learning how to apply the ancient sage wisdom to your modern, contemporary life. You will explore how the book is structured, how the Sutras define yoga, and Patanjali's importance on yoga. The module studies "Atha Yoga Anushasanam", arguably the most important Sutra. You'll come to understand the prescribed relationships of the Vedas, and its significance to a student of yoga. By developing an understanding of the paths offered by Patanjali, in the Sutras, you'll learn how to overcome the obstacles to clarity.
