Jaina delivers private and public yoga classes to develop physical strength and stamina thus toning the body and improving overall health. Jaina’s classes take on a meditative approach in order for the student to work at a deeper level within themselves whilst also actively encouraging strength in the body.
Classes start with a warm up moving on to posture (asana) practise, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Private classes are tailored to the student‘s requirements.
The will and intention of an individual to take care of themselves in this manner inspires Jaina to teach and share what she has learnt through her own practice and studies.
Jaina’s discipline and belief in yoga has allowed her to develop her practice since a young age. Yoga has become Jaina’s daily intent and awareness which she wishes to draw from to help and guide others.
