Styles: Hatha and Power/Flow
I teach using a combination of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, viniyasa flow Yoga and take a mindful approach to the practice. Most people who attend my class describe it as very relaxing and energising. I teach in the Richmond area small groups, 1 to 1, at your home or office and at Richmond Hill Health Club on Tuesday at 8.05 to 9.05pm.
