Sandra’s online Yoga classes are a wonderful way to move your body, shift your mind state and feel great whilst doing it. The vibe of the classes is a combination of relaxation, challenge and play with a good dollop of humour. You decide at what level you want to work at and she will tailor the class around your needs. Classes are purposefully small, so you can get direct & specific feedback on your practice, all from the comfort of your own home.

Yoga Nidra is the perfect way to reset body and mind. Let Sandra’s soothing and calming voice guide you through a deep meditative journey giving you the freedom to completely let go and remerge grounded and rejuvenated.

With a mixture of online and in person sessions in Ealing, which include Slow Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Beginners Yoga, Yin Yoga and Meditation, Abi’s classes provide an opportunity for you to reconnect with yourself and create some space in body and mind.
Classes run throughout the week at different times so you can find the one that works best for you!
You will always be encouraged to move in a way that feels good for you, to try things out, have a play, and see what happens. No pressure, everybody welcome.
Prices start at £5 and vary depending on the length of the class, and are all suggestions anyway – pay what you can.
JESS LEITCH – SHAKE YOUR BUDDHI YOGA & MEDITATION
Jess’ classes are fully grounded in her yoga practice and studies and she likes to have fun with them. She creates a sense of the profound, linking your experiences on the mat to your life off the mat.
Jess encourages her students to inhabit their bodies with a practice that is sometimes restful, sometimes dynamic, sometimes weird and wonderful – but always mindful. Jess specialises in Yoga for Resilience, is trauma-informed with a professional background in Community Mental Health and delivers workshops on Yoga for Stress, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and Recovery.
Tuesday 7:30 (75min) – Radical Rest
A restorative reboot for the nervous system, bring your blankets and cushions to this one!
Friday 8am (60min) – Flow Slowly
A floaty, flowy, gooey movement practice that builds strength and uplifts, ready for the weekend.
Both classes are online and have a sliding scale pricing structure. If the scheduled times don’t fit into your routine, you can purchase the recordings, they are available for 2 days after the link is sent to you.

JO HARRIS YOGA
Make time for yourself in the comfort of your own home with online Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga. Expect breathing exercises, self enquiry and movements to find fluidity, mobility, strength and ease. Each class ends with a relaxation at the end to regenerate. Jo is also running online monthly Yoga Nidra sessions from October to find deep and satisfying rest.
